Technology Transfer at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’ Cincinnati Environmental Research Center

Abstract

This article describes the Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986 and its implementation by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency at the Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The program fosters cooperative research and development agreements with the private sector in commercializing environmental technologies.
