Nina K. Martin is an Associate Professor and Director of the Film Studies program at Connecticut College, where she teaches courses on gender and representation in film and television. Her book Sexy Thrills: Undressing the Erotic Thriller is available through the University of Illinois Press, and she has been published in the Journal of Film and Video, Atlantis: A Women's Studies Journal, and Jump Cut, as well in anthologies on Pornography and on Sexual Innocence in Film. She is currently working on two book projects: on Postfeminism and the Hollywood remake, and on fear, femininity and architectural spaces in horror films.
