Reporting proceedings and debates in the British commons

Using the organizational pattern developed by Zon Robinson's 1942 congressional study, this paper examines textual factors operating for accuracy and inaccuracy in HANSARD'S OFFICIAL REPORT of the proceedings and debates in the British House of Commons. The study concludes with a comparison of HANSARD and the CONGRESSIONAL RECORD.
