Abstract

The concepts of structural materials sendeeability increasing and of neutron irradiation effect weakening are discussed. The main attention is paid to the isotropy of mechanical properties, reduction of grain boundary strength weakening and to the preventing of strain localization. The developed on the base of this concepts the radiation resistant alloy 03Cr20Ni30Mo2NbZzCe possess a high resistance to vacancy void generation and radiation swelling.
