One sentence in the abstract was changed for clarity.
On page 6, the sentence “Our findings for the salivary glands are similar to those reported earlier for human (Redman 2017), mouse (Takeyama et al. 2015) and rat (Lombaert et al. 2008) salivary glands” was changed to “Our findings for the salivary glands are similar to those reported earlier for human (Redman 2017) and mouse (Takeyama et al. 2015; Lombaert et al. 2008) salivary glands.”
Also on page 6, the sentence “The Sca-1 antibody (no antigen retrieval) diluted 1:1,000 stained the cytoplasm of the MED in all three glands” was changed to “The Sca-1 antibody (no antigen retrieval) diluted 1:4,000 stained the cytoplasm of the MED in all three glands.”
On page 7, two references to Lambaert et al. 2009 were corrected to Lambaert et al. 2008.
