Current Case Study Presentations in MBA Marketing Courses

Abstract

This paper describes an approach to draw experienced MBAs into a partial co-teaching role in marketing courses. While not the only possible approach for exploiting course participants’ work experience, current case study presentations have many attractive features. The theory and practice of current case study presentations are detailed in this paper based on the initial successful experience of the author in piloting this teaching innovation in a first-year Executive MBA marketing course.
