Abstract
Many business schools are encouraging their faculty to consider an international experience as a means of responding to the need for “globalizing” business school curńcula. The process of making such a decision is complex and involves many considerations. This article proposes a model to assist faculty in their decision process and discusses the issues involved in that decision.
The article draws on the experiences of the au thor and others and on empirical evidence collected in a focus group setting. The objective of the article is to make the decision process straightforward so individual faculty can make the choice best for them.
