The Antecedents and Consequence of Implementing Responsible Gaming Practice

Abstract

This study examines the antecedents and consequence of implementing responsible gaming practice by surveying 250 casino employees. The results indicated that employees' implementation of responsible gaming practices not only was positively influenced by ethical climate and personal perception toward responsible gaming practice, but also mediates ethical climate and personal perception toward responsible gaming practice in enhancing job satisfaction. Discussion and implications of the results are presented.
