Abstract
Involving students in learning activities that utilize familiar games or leisure time activities can minimize student boredom and maximize time spent on task. Two sample activities are described that can be used to teach anabolic steroid content material. Suggestions to increase student involvement in the activities also are provided. Health educators may use the activities to introduce, reinforce, or to review key words and definitions related to anabolic steroid use and abuse.
