A damped semismooth Newton iterative method for solving mixed linear complementarity problems

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a damped semismooth Newton iterative method for mixed linear complementarity problems. Under appropriate conditions, we prove that the method exhibits monotone and superlinear convergence properties.
