“Equal Time”; is devoted to brief (600 word maximum) statements prompted either by events and developments in our discipline or by articles published in this journal. When a published manuscript is commented on by a contributor to “Equal Time,”; we will provide the author of that manuscript an opportunity to reply and have his response printed along with the comment. Our readers’ contributions to “Equal Time”; are earnestly solicited; decision on publishability of those contributions, as with other material which appears in Western Speech, rests with the editorial staff.—RPF.
