Abstract
A new phenylpropanoid glycoside, 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl3,6-O-bis(β-D-apiofuranosyl)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside was isolated from the aerial parts of Lysionotus pauciflorus and named paucifloside. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of various spectroscopic data and chemical correlation.
