Abstract

Developers who are aware of the limitations of present-day expert systems technology are better equipped to overcome the bottlenecks to successful deployment of their expert systems. This article explains some of the common reasons why expert systems fail, then offers some strategies to ensure your project moves smoothly from the development stage to the operational phase.
