MANAGING IS PERSONNEL

RECRUITING FOURTH-GENERATION PROGRAMMERS

Matching People to Job Environments

Pages 64-67 | Published online: 05 Feb 2007

Abstract

Aptitude tests are an accepted method for hiring computer programmers. One study examined the issue of matching the person to the Job with respect to the skills needed by programmers in fourth-generation environments.
