A Cost-Effective Development Approach

Abstract

Accelerated Application Engineering (AAE) relies on many of the basic concepts employed in rapid prototyping and information engineering. By combining and tailoring these basics, the aim of AAE is to shorten the systems development life cycle. The features of the AAE approach are described in this article with consideration given to when and how it can be used for maximum effectiveness.
