MAKING CASE AN ORGANIZATIONAL REALITY

Abstract

Commercial CASE tools have limited capability in team settings that impairs their usefulness and applicability in many organizations. Organizational change issues associated with assimilating CASE tools are also not adequately addressed in most corporations. This article makes recommendations for the resolution of these issues so that organizations can adopt CASE tools and implementation strategies that deliver productivity enhancement to the software development process.
