ADOPTING CLIENT-SERVER TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

It takes various parallel work efforts to develop and implement a client-server system. Defining a systems management approach for the client-server environment is key in the planning framework described in this column. Another concept critical to successful client-server development is just-in-time decision making.
