Abstract

Identifying issues before they arise in an actual disaster is the challenge for the entire contingency planning team. Many details should be included in a contingency plan but, In fact, rarely are. This column stresses the Importance of some basic, commonly overlooked details that IS managers and contingency planners must anticipate.
