Abstract

Today’s accelerated technological workplace has deprived many IS professionals of both their job satisfaction and their personal time. Creating a personal vision that draws a line between work and nonwork activities helps these professionals maintain a healthy work-life balance, enhance their careers, and avoid burnout.
