IMPROVING COMMUNICATION WITH NONTECHNICIANS

Abstract

Tailoring one's comments to fit a nontechnician's preferred mode of expression and tying a proposal to the benchmarks senior executives commonly use to measure profitability are only some of the techniques presented for winning over nontechnical audiences.
