ABSTRACT
The surface morphology and dielectric properties of BaZr0.2Ti0.8O3 ceramics sintered at 1350°C for 0.5 h, 4 h and 8 h in air atmosphere were investigated. As the sintering time increased, the average grain size of the BZT ceramics increased. The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant was studied and an enhanced diffuse phase transition behavior is found to be caused by the decreased grain size.
