Abstract

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is practically insoluble and chemically labile in water, Nanostructured Lipid Carriers loading CoQ10 can solve the problems of poor stability and low bioavilability of CoQ10. Good physical stability of particle was obtained through monitoring the change of particle size while the condition of storage changed. During exposed to day light for 15 days, retention rate of CoQ10-absolute ethanol solution decreased by about 80.0% which was much higher than that of CoQ10 Nanostructured Lipid Carrier. Also, the decreasing speed of CoQ10 unloaded in NLC was faster than CoQ10-NLC's by protecting from light for 6 months.
