Abstract
A core-shell (La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/NiFe2O4) structure composite nanoparticles were prepared by a modified polymer-network gel route. The impact of various factors on the composites preparation were discussed and analysed, and the optimum parameters have been confirmed. The uniform particle morphology and the core-shell structures were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The components of core and shell were determined by the Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) and the X-ray diffraction. The VSM analysis showed that the coercivity of core-shell nanocomposites increased from 25 to 161 Oe and the saturation magnetization decreased from 47.9 to 25.2 eum/g.
