Abstract
The interactive laminated nanocomposite takovite/montmorillonite (TE/MMT) was simply synthesized by in-situ method. This inorganic nanomaterial was composed of TE layers and MMT layers, which acted as inorganic building blocks. Some characterization techniques reveal that the TE/MMT has great specific surface area, and its thermal stability is better than that of TE alone. This novel synthetic route is practical and environment-friendly.
