ABSTRACT

In this paper, a facile, moderate and environment-friendly method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene oxide coated ZnO nanohybrid was proposed. The performance of this material as lithium-ion battery anode was measured, which exhibit obviously advantages than that of commercial materials. The experiment data revealed a high specific capacity of 625 mAh g−1 after 400 cycles at a current density of 500 mA g−1, which would be used for developing new high-performance lithium-ion battery.
