ABSTRACT
The full set of material parameters for ordered piezoelectric Ca3TaGa3Si2O14 single crystals is presented. Experimental results include dielectric, piezoelectric and elastic constants from room temperature to 900°C. Two independent methods are applied, namely resonant and ultrasonic pulse-echo techniques, which allows to validate the results.
