Dielectric, piezoelectric and elastic constants of Ca3TaGa3Si2O14 single crystals at elevated temperatures

ABSTRACT

The full set of material parameters for ordered piezoelectric Ca3TaGa3Si2O14 single crystals is presented. Experimental results include dielectric, piezoelectric and elastic constants from room temperature to 900°C. Two independent methods are applied, namely resonant and ultrasonic pulse-echo techniques, which allows to validate the results.
