  2. On p. 5, “publicly identifying information” has been changed to “personally identifiable information”.

  3. In the acknowledgments, the first name is included for the author “Dr. Riedl” and updated as “Dr. Martin Riedl”.

  4. The funding sentence has been revised to “This work was supported by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and the Netgain Partnership.”
