Abstract

Physical properties of fluorine-graphite intercalation compounds (GICs), namely semi-metal-metal and metal-insulator transitions and localization effects, are discussed based on 13C and 19F NMR data. NMR view on the nature of C-F bonding in fluorine-GICs and graphite fluorides is presented.
