Design of Organic Superconductors: Successes and Disappointments

Pages 139-156 | Published online: 24 Sep 2006

Abstract

Some structural and chemical approaches applied to the construction of organic superconductors are discussed. A retrospective view from the first quasi one-dimensional superconductors (TMTSF salts) to quasi two-dimensional BEDT-TTF salts and recent three-dimensional fullerene complexes is presented.
