Abstract

The comparative analysis of ATR IR spectra of the CB molecules mixture aligned planar by a-C:H and homeotropic by PPO layers produced by CVD technique in plasma are done The dichroic ratios of main absorption bands of the spectra have been calculated The models of the intermolecular interaction mechanism of the CB with a-C:H and PPO layers in the absence of external field are discussed
