On the Social Actors in the Modernization of Russia

Abstract

The modernization of Russia will require a more politically organized and active business class if there is to be a reduction in corruption and other barriers to the growth of a modern economy. Research data from a study of students in an MBA course, however, do not suggest that the new generation of businesspeople in Russia is prepared for this role.
