Abstract
The path to school-enterprise cooperation is a necessary requirement for developing higher vocational education, and it must be continually strengthened, along with practical processes. Looking at the relationship between schools as the organizational entities of higher vocational education and enterprises as demand entities, their mutual benefit is the precondition for cooperation, conforming to organizational culture solidifies the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation, and the joint construction of learning organizations is the means of rebuilding school-enterprise cooperation.
