Abstract

This essay suggests a 4‐part approach for addressing interpersonal strife by exploring what philosophical Taoism can teach us about managing interpersonal conflict. The method used is a selective exegesis of an ancient Chinese text, coupled with other sources of information and personal narratives of representative events.
