Kate Doyle

Kate Doyle is Senior Analyst of U.S. policy in Latin America for the National Security Archive, a private, non-profit research institute and library based at George Washington University. She has served as an expert in human rights legal proceedings in Peru, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Spain, and testified in several criminal trials in Latin America.
