Hilary Goodfriend

Hilary Goodfriend is a writer and researcher formerly based in San Salvador, El Salvador. A former representative of the Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador (CISPES), Hilary is a member of the NACLA Editorial Board, and a frequent contributor to NACLA, Jacobin Magazine, and other publications. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Latin American Studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City.
