Abstract
The Document Delivery department of Tisch Library at Tufts University recently upgraded from ILLiad 7.4 to 8.0. This upgrade incorporated a major design change in the staff interface, requiring staff to relearn various processing functions. This article discusses the ILLiad 8.0 interface changes that have helped streamline staff workflows. It exemplifies a successful implementation of ILLiad 8.0 that improved current functions and increased efficiency.
