Scott C. Ratzan, MD, MPA is Editor in Chief of the Journal of Health Communication: International Perspectives. He also is Vice President, Global Health for Johnson & Johnson. Apropos to this article, he serves on the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Chronic Disease and Well-being and also Chairs the IFPMA task force on NCDs. He attended the Moscow Ministerial as the representative for industry in his latter role.
