Abstract

The HPLC determination condition for artemisinin and its derivatives has been improved in this paper. The ODS - C18(4.6 × 150 mm, 5 µm) column was used, The mobile phase was the methanol and a mixture of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L ammonium sulfate-12%triethylamine(60:40:0.2, pH 5.0). The wavelength of determination was 210 nm. Artemisinin and its derivatives have been separated thoroughly with the HPLC determination condition. This method is accurate, simple, rapid, and suitable for laboratory and industry.
