Abstract

Study was made on the effect of temperature (25-40°C), effective capillary length (52-92 cm), and applied voltage (21-29 kV) on the micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) separations of nine P-blockers and on the electroosmotic breakthrough time. Migration times decreased with increasing temperature and applied voltage and increased with the length of the separation capillary.
