When the above article was first published online and in print, contained a column labeling error. Column three from the left was originally labeled as “No antibiotic therapy (n = 98)” and column four from the left was originally labeled as “Antibiotic therapy (n = 210).” The sample sizes in these labels were reversed during final editing and therefore incorrect.
The correct labeling for column three from the left is “No antibiotic therapy (n = 210)” and the correct labeling for column four from the left is “Antibiotic therapy (n = 98).” The correct table is as follows:
