Abstract

Growth and reproduction of Liza abu in a drain (salinity between 1–37.) was studied. Comparison with other studies was made. Different growth pattern was observed between the different habitat and the fish appeared to be slower in its growth in the brackish waters. Maturity and reproduction shows no significant differences. Condition factors and length‐weight relationships are also given.
