Rosemary O'Leary

Rosemary O'Leary ([email protected]) is distinguished professor of public administration and codirector of the Program on the Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, which includes the Collaborative Governance Initiative. Her research interests include comparative collaborative public management and conflict management in networks.

Lisa Blomgren Bingham

Lisa Blomgren Bingham ([email protected]) is an honorary senior research fellow in the Program on the Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. She is also the Keller-Runden Professor of Public Service and Director of the Indiana Conflict Resolution Institute at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Her research interests include conflict in networks, laws that help and hinder collaboration, and dispute system design.
