Rick Gibson
Rick Gibson is currently a faculty member at American University in Washington D.C. He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from The University of Maryland at College Park in 1992. In addition he has four years of teaching experience in Italy, Germany, Belgium, Korea, Japan and The Philippines. Besides his extensive writings in international information systems, his other research interests are in chaos theory and systems engineering. He is also a member of IFIP Working Groups 8.1 and 8.2.
