Edward M. Roche
Edward M. Roche worked in Management consulting for 9 years with The Diebold Group and with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. He was an associate editor for the journal International Information Systems. He received an M. Phil and Ph.D. from Columbia University in the City of New York with a thesis on the international telecommunication systems of multinational corporations. He serves on the IFIPS 9.4 working sub-committee on information technology in developing countries. He is the author of two books: “Managing Information Technology in Multinational Corporations” and ”Telecommunications and Business Strategy”. He founded the IFIP Working Group 8. 7 Informatics in International Business Enterprises and is currently Vice President of the Concourse Group, a management consulting and educational firm.
