Paul S. Licker
Paul S. Licker earned his Ph.D. from the, University of Pennsylvania in 1977. Dr. Licker has worked as social scientist, computer programmer, systems analyst, software entrepreneur, communication consultant and university lecturer in the Thailand, the UK, the US, Canada, and South Africa. The author of over eighty published research papers, three books, two monographs, and numerous invited papers, his interests range from IT for national development, organizational IT maturity, IT governance, and business models for the new economy to the contribution of users to IT post-implementation success. He is Professor of MIS in Oakland University's School of Business Administration, in Rochester, MI, USA.
