Christa Zeladonis
Christa Zeladonis is a sophomore Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management and English double major in the University of Delaware's Honors Program. She is working this summer as a waitress for special events at the Pen Ryn Mansion in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
Naveed Baqir
Naveed Baqir is an assistant professor of Hospitality Information Technology in the University of Delaware's Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management program within the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. In 2009, he received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he also received the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award. He is published in Communications of the AIS, Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of ePolitics, and others. His research interests are related to Hospitality IT, ICT based socio-economic development, global information technology management, knowledge management, data mining and big data.
