Abstract
The genera and species of an Agnatha fauna discovered by Dr. A. Martinsson, Uppsala, in the Halla Beds of the Silurian of Gotland are morphologically and histologically investigated, identified, described, and illustrated. They are compared with the species of the Agnatha faunas of the Lower Ludlow of Oesel and the 9g beds of the Silurian of Ringerike near Oslo. The Agnatha faunas of the Halla Beds and the Ringerike Beds are probably somewhat older than that of the Lower Ludlow Kaarma beds (K1) of the Island of Oesel.
Die Gattungen und Arten einer von Dr. A. Martinsson, Uppsala, in den Halla-Schichten des Silurs Gotlands entdeckten Agnathen-Fauna wurden morphologisch und histologisch untersucht, bestimmt, beschrieben, abgebildet und mit den Arten der Agnathen-Faunen des Unter-Ludlow von Oesel und der 9g-Schichten des Silurs von Ringerike bei Oslo verglichen. Die Agnathen-Fauna der Halla-Schichten und der Ringerike-Schichten sind vermutlich etwas älter als die der Kaarma-Schichten (K1) des Unter Ludlow der Insel Oesel.
