ABSTRACT

The nomenclatural types of Salvia pratensis L. (Herb. Burser, UPS), S. agrestis L. (Herb. Linn., LINN), S. haematodes L. (Triumfetti's—1685—illustration t. 69), S. verbenaca L. (Barrelier's—1714—plate, t. 208) and S. clandestina L. (Barrelier's—1714—plate, t. 220) are designated and synonyms listed, according to bibliographic references and herbarium vouchers examined.
