Épistémologie de la territorialité en phytosociologie

Pages 189-199 | Published online: 14 Sep 2009

Abstract

Epistemology oft erritoriality in phytosociology - The author precises the modes of territorial definition of the syntaxons and shows their advantages, particulary in the construction of the hierarchic synsystem. Notions of geosynvicariance and synendemism, essential in the exact estimation of the “phytogenofond” of a region, ensue from the territoriality of vegetation units, from which an example is developed concerning the communities of sand dunes with Leymus and Ammophila.
