Abstract

Palynological observations were carried out on some West African species of Acanthaceae with the aim of improving knowledge of the palynology in this family which presents a very variable pollen morphology. Information about visiting insects is also given in an attempt to contribute towards the comprehension of the pollen/pollinator relationship.
